Do I need a plumber to install a Frontline 4 Stage Undersink Filter System?
No. Frontline is designed to be installed by anyone at home. The bracket clips inside your under-sink cabinet, the filter unit attaches to it and it connects directly to your existing tap using standard push-fit fittings. Most installs take under a couple of minutes with no tools required.
I rent so I don’t think this is for me?
Frontline requires no drilling, no permanent modifications & leaves no damage to the property. It clips in and out, meaning you can take it with you when you move. So it’s perfect for renting.
How often do I need to replace the filter cartridge?
Filter cartridges have a 30,000L lifespan under normal household use and takes under 30 seconds with no tools required.
Will the filter affect my water pressure?
No. Frontline is engineered to maintain strong, consistent water pressure and flow rate throughout the filtration process, with a flow rate of 7.5L/minute.
What does the Frontline filter actually remove from my water?
Frontline’s 0.5 Micron Carbon Block Filtration targets chlorine, sediment, rust, bacteria, heavy metals, pesticides and other contaminants that can affect the taste, smell and safety of your tap water.
Is it compatible with my kitchen tap?
Frontline is compatible with standard Australian plumbing and cabinetry. If you’re unsure about compatibility with your specific setup, contact our team and we’ll help you find the right fit.
Can I take it with me when I move house?
Yes. Frontline is fully portable. Unclip the unit, pack it and reinstall it at your next place in minutes. It’s one of the reasons Frontline is popular with renters and frequent travellers.
How do I know when my filter needs replacing?
We recommend replacing your cartridge every 12 months.
Does filtering the water remove good minerals as well?
Frontline’s filtration is designed to target harmful contaminants while retaining the naturally occurring minerals that contribute to the taste and quality of your water.
What’s the difference between a Frontline filter system and other filter systems?
Frontline Filter system provides a flow rate of 7.5L a minute, where other filter systems only provide a 1.5L a minute flow rate.
